I can supply seasoned hardwood logs from my base in Colsterworth, Lincolnshire.  Logs can be supplied either in 20kg (approx weight) nets.  Or in cubic meter loads (half ton approx).  Delivery to colsterworth, North Witham, South Witham, Woolsthorpe by Colsterworth, Skillington and stainby villages is free.  All timber is cut ourselves from local woodland thinning operations.  The wood we take ranges from ash, cherry, oak, aspen, lime, sycamore, rowan, and field maple.  The majoriy however is ash which gives the best value firewood.  As my main activity is tree planting, the firewood thinning operations complete the cycle of planting - maintenance - and thinning accociated with good forestry practice.
